Hoop Du Jour Basketball Camp was founded by Coach Rob G. in 2007.

Coach Rob attended renowned Benjamin Cardozo H.S. in Bayside, NY and then received his degree from St. John's University in Jamaica, NY.

Both educational institutions have produced many a star basketball player both Collegiality and Professional.

Coach Rob has been teaching and coaching the game of Basketball for well over 35 years.

He has worked with children and adults of all ages ranging from Elementary school to the Pros.

Coach Rob believes that every child deserves the right to enjoy the great game of Basketball regardless of their talent level.

Give him a child with Determination, Heart, Respect for the game and a Team mindset, and anything is possible.

Having an impact on a child's confidence and outlook truly can influence a child's life.

That is the most rewarding aspect of coaching for Rob.
